Meet The Team













Jessica Mason is a Content Operations Manager based in Washington, D.C. She is a recent honors graduate of Wesleyan University's College of Letters. Jessica comes to us with strong communications and writings skills along with experience working in the world of PR, Social Media and Public Opinion Research.

Dorothea joins Thought Horizon as a Content Operations Manager based in Barvaria, Germany. She comes with an impressive and extensive background in 360 Degree social media marketing for both B2B and B2C companies. Apart from her Marketing skills Dorothea considers herself a citizen of the world which means she fits in well with Thought Horizon.

Rachael Odili is an account manager based in Atlanta. Strong, confident and eager to learn and grow, Rachael comes to Thought Horizon with a background in customer success working for SaaS startups and large business alike. Rachael thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving problems creatively for her clients.

Kathrin Wollin is an Account Manager based in Stuttgart, Germany. Kathrin comes to Thought Horizon after a successful marketing career with one of the largest brands in Europe. She is an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a long history of working in the marketing and advertising in the IT industry. She is skilled in Social Selling, Marketing Communications, Social Media, Internal and Event Communications and Corporate Identity.

Laurie Biehn is Sr. Operations Manager for Thought Horizon. Laurie joins Thought Horizon after a long career in legal publishing and editing. Her experience with online platforms, keyword search and data organization make her an asset to the team. Laurie is responsible for much of the back-end work necessary to deliver quality copy and imagery on the Ready For Social platform. She assists with the many tasks our writers do each week and ensures they are completed in a professional manner for our clients. Laurie holds a undergraduate degree from Duke University and a law degree (J.D.) from Northwestern University in Chicago. She enjoys hiking, travel and spending time with her family especially on big adventures. Laurie has two children and lives at home with her husband and dog, Delphi.

Daniela Wolski is an Account Manager based in Europe. She is a veteran entrepreneurial marketeer with experience leading teams. She is passionate about building beneficial relationships with clients and partners. With more than 10 years experience in strategic brand management, she is skilled in online and offline marketing and is well-versed in identifying market trends in order to create highly-targeted marketing and sales campaigns.

Anna is an Account Manager with Thought Horizon, overseeing high-level client accounts for US Fortune 500 companies. She has nearly 10 years of experience in working with clients as a salesperson and project manager. Her background in creating marketing content includes working for large corporations like Hautelook (a division of Nordstrom), Delta, and IHG, as well as small startups on Venice Beach. She moved to Atlanta from Los Angeles in 2015, and is happy to report that she's been ITP for nearly 4 years! Anna obtained her BA in Theatre and Writing from Georgia Southern University, and when she isn't working or making films with her husband, she's performing at Dad's Garage.

Nina Sterngold is Account Director at Thought Horizon responsible for many global clients in a variety of vertical markets. Nina brings her deep marketing experience on both the agency and client side in building strong stakeholder relationships. Nina excels in synthesizing client needs and desires into operational services that Thought Horizon delivers in multiple languages around the world. Nina’s deep knowledge of German along with Spanish and French allow her to help Thought Horizon grow globally. Nina is married and is a proud dog-mom of Emil. She enjoys travel, hiking and a nice glass of wine.

Sander Biehn is founder and CEO of Thought Horizon, LLC. After a successful career in sales at AT&T, he founded his company in 2013 helping organizations to build, manage and succeed using social selling. Sander invented the Ready For Social platform to enable B2B sales and marketing teams to work together to create content and engagement with target markets and customers online. Sander holds a patent in Social Media and has published a book on workplace innovation and motivation entitled, “The 30 Year Paycheck.” He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Philosophy and Classical Studies. Sander loves amateur geology and astronomy. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Milan Ruzicka is passionate about helping sales and marketing teams discover the opportunity of social selling. He uses his 15+ years of B2B marketing and management experience and founded ReadyForSocial together with Sander Biehn. He is passionate to keep making the Thought Horizon social selling method better and better by fact-based, data-driven improvements. Milan loves technology, gaming, skiing and books (non-fiction and military sci-fi as a guilty pleasure). He lives in The Hague with his wife Monika and son Milan Philipp.

Amber is Director of Operations for Thought Horizon. She brings with her expertise in building and managing end-to-end content for clients to assist them in meeting desired ROI. Amber manages and runs all the day-to-day activities for Thought Horizon's customers including ensuring her team creates desired content and managing all back-end processes and software. Amber's responsibilities include managing the team that reports to her and motivating them to keep Thought Horizon's global clients satisfied with our software and services. Amber graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College with a B.A. in Business Administration. She enjoys reading, coaching gymnastics, going to the gym, and traveling the world. Amber’s ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment makes her a key member of the Thought Horizon team.

Monika has vast experience in marketing and B2B sales. Her background spans everything from startups to global wholesale markets, and from industries as diverse as transportation and telecom. Her duties include running European business development along with product management of the Ready For Social™ software for social sellers. She holds degrees from the University of Applied Science, Bremen, Euromed Management, Marseille, France and Thunderbird School of Global Management. Monika brings a deep knowledge of business and a strong discipline in product management to the table for Thought Horizon.
